Remedial Massage Therapy is a natural progression from my work as a Registered Nurse. My aim is to help you to recover from painful muscular conditions by assessing your problem and discussing a plan to resolve your condition using massage techniques.
I have many years experience working in Accident and Emergency departments in which I have gained expertise in dealing with musculoskeletal and sports related injuries such as joint sprains as well as chronic injuries such as tendonitis.
Massage therapy has enabled me to use manual techniques to facilitate the health and well-being of my clients.
My experience as a Registered Nurse, Massage Therapist and Traditional Chinese medicine knowledge provides me with the advantage of using both Western and Eastern Medicine to improve your health and injury outcomes.
